The Gory State Of Iraqi Economy
The Iraqi nation is one of the countries in the world that is actually not totally finding things easy at all in any way. The present situation that is prevalent in the country is really calling for some measure of emergency response. Until certain emergency measure is taken, things may not move in a progressive manner for the country for a long time to come. The already compromised living standard of Iraqis will be further affected negatively to the extent that Iraqis will not be able to raise their heads high in the public. A battered economy will of course lead to a situation whereby Iraqi dinar investors are unable to make something worthy of note out of their Iraqi dinar investment. This may end up leading to a loss on their part, which will make them loose their investment and negatively affect their financial future.
From the above, everyone will be able to see that the failure of those in authority in Iraq to get a final solution to the present state of things in Iraq will have a lot of negative effect on; not only the Iraqi populace but also on every one who had taken the risk to invest in the Iraqi dinar. There are some of them who might have made the mistake of inputting all their life savings into the Iraqi dinar investment drive, these ones will of course be the worse for it.
Presently, there is a sizeable number of Iraqis that are still living below one dollar a day. These ones are barely able to scrap a living out of their daily engagements. Since the economy is already battered, the little money that is gotten is spent on stuffs that can’t be considered as having any kind of meaningful value.
This is all the more worsened by the present high cost of living that is calling the shot in Iraq. Because of the high cost of living, the little money people are able to make on daily basis is never enough for them to meet their daily needs. By the time they spend the money the money that they are able to make on goods, they will discover that the purchases are barely enough to meet their needs to any considerable level.
With this high cost of living also comes the reduction in the standard of living. Since the money made on daily basis is not even enough to buy what is needed to keep body and soul together, the idea of buying other stuffs that will nourish the body seems to be out of point. Iraqis are not so interested in eating nourishing food. The interest is more on getting the stomach filled so that they will be bale to stay alive and not die.
