  • Iraqis Awaiting the Government’s Positive Response

If we say that the possibility of the Iraqi dinar ever rising depends on the Iraqi government, you can be sure that what we are saying is very correct to a considerable length. The Iraqi government can be said to be holding the ace in the move towards the revaluation of the Iraqi dinar and it is hoped that the government will realize how important it is in the move of the revaluation and that it will come by and accept the responsibility to help quicken the move towards a revaluated Iraqi dinar, which will help to make it a reality for the Iraqi economy to grow. a stronger Iraqi economy will of course lead to a better condition of living for every Iraqi.

One of the governmental factors that seem to be dragging Iraq back is the unavailability of democratically elected head of government in the country. Since the conclusion of the elections in March, Iraq is still having nothing in the way of success in its bid to elect a new leader. This is because of the inconclusive nature of the election which led to a situation in which none of the contestants could be out rightly declared as the winner of the election because of the tight margin that was the case with the leaders in the election.

The truth of the matter is that the leader can’t be chosen until the present Iraqi government makes up its mind to look for a better way of solving the situation at hand. If this is not done, the chances of the Iraqi government in being able to move the nation forward will be an impossible thing.

Recently the United Nations called on the Iraqi government to seek for the formation of a unity government in which all and sundry in Iraq will be involved in the running of thing. The suggestion made by the United Nations to Iraq was that the government should invite every political party that partook in the March 7 election and form a unity government in which every political party that participated in the election will be involves. The plan was that the level of involvement of each of these political parties will be determined by how many votes they were able to garner from the election.

The world is however awaiting the response of the Iraqi government on this. It is hoped that the government will make up its mind on following this suggestion by the United Nations and put things back on track in Iraq. In case the government is not willing to follow this suggestion, the Iraqi populace is waiting rather impatiently for the Iraqi government to make up its mind on how to move the country forward.

The more the Iraqi government waits to do something, the worse the economy of Iraq will become. A bad economy will lead to a further fall in the value of the Iraqi dinar, which will of course lead to a loss on account of every investor in the Iraqi dinar.
